Instructor position

Join us at Kids Life Skills to lead workshops for children ages 4-13!

This is a fun paid part-time freelance job on Sundays and school / summer breaks.
After working with us for about 10-12 months, you will have the opportunity also to lead activities during the week in schools and deliver teachers trainings.

Please note that this opportunity is open to those who are 16 years old or older by Dec.31 2024.

​

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and lead educational workshops for children. As a freelance instructor with Kids Life Skills, you will have the opportunity to teach essential skills through engaging subjects such as:

  • Coding and Logical thinking

  • Game Development

  • Robotics

  • Sustainability

  • Minecraft education

  • Programming (Scratch and other block based programing languages, Python etc.)

  • Video Editing

  • Healthy Habits 

  • And much more

You will lead workshops for students ages 4 to 13, using hands-on materials and activities to teach in a fun and engaging manner.

 

We will provide you training on our teaching approach, lesson plans and educational materials!

Your profile:

  • You communicate easily with children.

  • You enjoy teaching and helping others understand new concepts.

  • Ideally, you have some previous experience working with children (tutoring, summer camp leader, Scouts, etc.)

  • You have experience or interest in coding. Additional training will be provided.

  • You can learn new topics on your own easily.

  • You know English well (CI / C2)

  • Fluency in Luxembourgish, French, Portuguese or German are an advantage.
