The course will be delivered in 8 lessons, each lasting 3 hours, in a dynamic and engaging format, ensuring a fun, interactive, and hands-on learning experience. Throughout the course, they will have the opportunity to learn and explore: - The fundamental concepts of programming, starting with an understanding of what a programming language is and how the computer interprets code. - The significance of Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) and why they are crucial for coders. - Essential programming concepts, such as data types, variables, and control structures. They will gain hands-on experience in implementing these concepts using Python. - The introduction to the concept of modules, which contain pre-built functions and classes that can greatly enhance their programs. - How to create their own computer game by utilizing the Pygame module! ** No prior coding experience is required. ** Participants are required to bring their own laptop (do not forget also the chargers). ** The course will be conducted in English, so it is important that the participants feel comfortable speaking and listening in English, as well as having a basic level of reading and writing skills.
