Discovery Ages 4-6 En. (Introduction)

Course Description

Coding, robotics, curiosity and creativity! This new course is replacing the previous introduction course. The Discovery course sparks kids' interest in technology through engaging and fun activities. In this course kids will learn basic logical concepts of coding such as sequence, loop, bug and more. The children will explore real robots so they can experience what they learn and build a solid base for underlying concepts of coding. They will also have the opportunity to develop their creativity and be inspired to explore their curiosity and tech interests. We will explore a variety of tech-related topics, such as: *Basic concepts of coding (sequence, loop, debugging, etc) *How to code a game and an animation project in Scratch *How to code a robot (Botley, Dash, Sphero Ball, etc) *Logical thinking During the last lesson, the kids will present their favorite activities to their parents, which will also help them develop their communication skills. To participate in this course, the kids must understand English. A fully charged tablet is required.
