Our flagship computer science studio for aspiring software developers, game creators, and tech leaders!
Future Tech — Software & AI Studio draws from advanced content used in educator training programs and high school computer science frameworks.
Students begin every project with professional hands-off software engineering practices—drafting system architectures, technical specifications, and database models.
Students focus on advanced 2D/3D game development (using Godot Engine or advanced Python frameworks) and full-stack web applications.
They integrate open AI APIs (vision, natural language, audio), build custom machine learning tools, and analyze AI ethics, intellectual property, and industrial automation.
- Hands-Off Software Architecture & Design: Students practice professional engineering workflows. They create system architecture diagrams, manage sprint boards, write technical documentation, and practice code refactoring.
- Full-Stack Web & Game Engine Development: Students build advanced 2D/3D games in Godot Engine (or Python game frameworks) and develop full-stack web applications connecting frontend interfaces with backend logic and databases.
- Applied AI APIs & Machine Learning: Students connect open AI APIs (vision, NLP, speech recognition) into custom apps, experiment with Python ML libraries, and conduct deep-dive research into AI policy, bias, and ethics.
- Twice-Yearly Parent Showcases: The semester concludes with mid-year and end-of-year showcases formatted like professional tech launch events. Student teams demo their full-stack apps and games, walk parents through their software architecture, and present their portfolios.
- Added Value for Your Child: Builds an impressive technical project portfolio for university applications, competitions, or personal entrepreneurial goals.
Practical Information
- Ages: 14–16
- Group size: up to 12 children
- Session Duration: 3 hours per weekly Sunday lesson.
- Prerequisites: Prior coding experience in Python, JavaScript, or advanced block coding.
- Technology Used: Python, JavaScript, Godot Engine (2D/3D), Open AI APIs, Git/GitHub principles, Web frameworks.
- Class Structure: Professional-style development lab with team and capstone projects.
- Showcases: Includes mid-year and end-of-year parent presentation sessions.
